Since Annachi Tee Prints specializes in custom-made products, our refund and return policy follows standard customization rules.
1. No Return on Customized Products
- Customized or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged once printed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Refund or replacement will be provided if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product or design is delivered
Conditions:
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video or clear images are required as proof
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
